Working with Sawyer & Co initially to look for a flat was good. Both estate agents Toby and Ellie were professional about their work and made the gruelling experience much more bearable. We are now renting a flat managed by Sawyer & Co and our experience thus far with that side of the business is as good. Joe has proven to be very responsive. All in all a pleasure to deal with this estate agent.

The Sawyers team are clearly one of the better Estate Agents around. They were supportive right from the beginning of my sale process through to completion. The viewings team who came to my flat to see it before they would start conducting viewings were a very pleasant and professional young bunch! There was a slight issue with miscommunication around viewing times at the outset but this was quickly rectified and they found me a buyer relatively quickly. The price I achieved was only a little off what I originally wanted to achieve so i was ok with that outcome! Although there was some lessons learned with regards to delays on my buyers side to proceed with the sale, Overall I would use Sawyers again. Thank you.
