The team at Sawyer & Co provided a courteous and efficient service, leading to a wholly satisfactory result. Most of my dealings were with Bob Beaken, as senior negotiator. I had chosen Sawyer & Co because they were close to the property being sold, and he showed he was very familiar with the area and the properties in it. He was very responsive, even answering and acting on emails sent to him over the weekend – something which far exceeded my expectations. This was the first time in a long time that I had been involved in selling a property. I imagine every sale has its difficulties, and so it was with ours. However, Bob’s negotiating skills, advice and support saw us through to a very satisfactory conclusion. I would recommend Sawyer & Co to anyone selling a property in this area.

Mia was very helpful when it came to sorting our flat out. The move in was very smooth. Overall me and flat mate have been quite happy with the service provided.

Bob at Hove was very good at communicating, responsive and the most action orientated of all stakeholders.... ! Feedback on constructive side to Sawyers, please be accurate on management fee... we were told circa 2,000 GBP whereas the actual is double that.

We just rented a two-bed flat through Sawyer and Co. We were assisted in the process by Mia who was quite prompt in answering our queries. The only issue was that their office doesn’t answer phone calls and so we had to rely on emails only, but Mia was quick to respond.
