Once the offer had been agreed, Bob Beaken was good at keeping in touch with my agent, solicitor and myself, and ensured that the process kept moving forwards, despite there being a sluggish solicitor further down the chain. We are due to complete on Monday well before the stamp duty holiday ends, so I'm grateful for the agent's input to progress to this stage relatively quickly.
