A tough time in which to sell any place, but both Bob Beaken and John of Sawyers in the Hove branch, came through with vigour and determination to make sure as best we could that the sale of our place went through. Even when our potential purchase broke down with just minutes till exchange, they offered ideas and solutions to help us to reach a decision about our future. Not what we wanted, but all considered, Bob and John made sure that there end of the deal, our sale, was still a good transaction. Great communication, Bob would chase things up regularly and feed back was very prompt. This alone, I cannot thank Bob enough for...not the usual waffle, but straight out detailed facts. Great job

Aaron valued our property but Bob dealt with the day to day sales of it. It was a difficult sale as the house had problems in the past which have been resolved but it needed to have a lot more checks and surveys. Bob was really good with all of these keeping everyone informed of what was happening and when and encouraging me when I had given up hope of ever getting to the end of it all. Explaining to me that it all takes time and with covid everything is taking longer. Bob chased up the solicitors and estate agents in the chain and kept me informed of where the delays were. It all worked out well in the end and the sale went through. Thank you to Bob and Aaron for your help and support without which I would have given up months ago and I hope the new residents of my house will be happy there.

Sawyer & Co Hove have been incredible during my recent move. When looking for a property I had Esme who was so helpful and really committed her time and energy to helping me find a flat. Once I had found a place and I was in the next stages of references and deposits I was passed over to Paige. I honestly couldn't thank Paige more. During a very stressful time dealing with external referencing companies she kept me sane and continuously fought my corner. She is fantastic at her job!
