Sawyer & Co have made what could have been a stressful experience, a seamless one. I had to find a rental property with less than two weeks' notice, and it needed to have a six month break clause. As soon as I put in my offer on the flat of my choice, Paige managed the process from beginning to end. I'd heard from a friend currently moving that the referencing process could be 'brutal'. I found the it easy, well-organised and it took barely any time at all. I highly recommend Sawyer and Co. Everyone who I have come across there has always gone above and beyond, including the agent who sold me my property (and after the sale had gone through came to help me figure out how to use something that wasn't working!), the team that helped let it out who always reply promptly and deal with any problems very efficiently, and the agent (Bob Beaken) who helped me to sell it years later! Bob was incredibly persistent on my behalf as well as communicative, so I always knew what was happening.

Sawyers are the managing agents of two properties I own. I have now been using them for about nine years now using their full management service. The whole Letting Team is efficient, polite and do a good job both managing and finding tenants whenever either of the properties become vacant. I feel pleased to recommend them to others. Over the nine years a few minor problems have arisen but all have been resolved satisfactorily. The manager designated to oversee my properties is now Tracy Lewis, a real gem to Sawyers and their clients. Very diplomatic, experienced, efficient and a likable person. If there is a problem she has the maturity, intelligence and experience to deal with it. I am very lucky and pleased that she is managing my properties and really hope she continues to do so.

Grace has been very helpful so far in sorting out contracts, references etc. and making sure the flat will be in good order!
