We were impressed with the quality service Spyros Miaris gave us in relation to a number of issues which came up with our rental property. Dishwasher repairs and its eventual replacement; completely redoing the sealant in one of the bathrooms as well as resolving a leaking boiler : all handled speed and care with the jobs all being undertaken to a very high standard. I bought a flat through Sawyer & Co, especially during Covid it became very complicated and long winded. Initially I was upset that the agent was chasing the process, but I could understand that he was also protecting the seller, his client. As the time progressed, John White has been exceptional, helpful and also proactive which I was grateful for. At one stage I thought the sale would not go through, but it did... Dear John thank you for the exceptional service, your patience and positive attitude... it was very helpful especially during Covid when everything was a challenge in itself.

Sawyer and Co is managing a property that we are renting in Hove. They have been super professional since the day we viewed the property. Esme facilitated a convenient time for viewing and she was very responsive and helpful in liaising with the landlords. Once we were accepted the offer, Paige took over to manage the paperwork and again the experience was seamless.
