We own 2 flats in Brighton & Hove and Sawyer block management look after both buildings for us (size of buildings are between 8 to 10 flats, one Grade 1 listed & 1 in a conservation area). Katie Price is the Senior Block Manager who we mainly all deal with on a regular basis. Katie I believe is the most efficient, professional, attentive, and organised person I have ever come across when using a managing agent. Katie responds very quickly to any communications, she will answer queries outside of working hours and weekends. During the Covid-19 lockdown Katie still provided exceptional service whilst working from home and this gave us reassurance during that challenging period. We really appreciate the hard work that Katie has put into our buildings. I know that sometimes the managing agent role can be very challenging and Katie has always managed to deal with all of our projects and queries in a very professional efficient way.
