I can’t fault Sawyer and Co selling our flat. Simon and Bob were knowledgeable, efficient, great communicators and fair. Working with them and the wider team, I can understand why Sawyers has such a great reputation in the industry.

The Sawyers Letting Team is working well together . It starts with the marketing and viewing. Kerry Anne organised the marketing brochure well liaising with me throughout. She is well experienced and very helpful. Chloe the letting negotiator is a star and good asset as she is very professional thoughtful and listens to both landlords and tenants presenting the flat and area in detail so the tenant can make an informed decision. She cares and is clearly a good organiser and people person with attention to detail. When looking at reviews I noticed my new tenant also being full of praise! So everyone is pleased a 'win win' for everyone. There are other members in the current team at Sawyers, who are without exception very good , similar, and that makes it a joy to deal with Sawyers. Our experience with Sawyer & Co to date has been excellent. Spyros is our property manager and he has provided an outstanding service. His professional approach has meant that he has put us as landlords in the best possible position to make decisions about how the property is looked after. His correspondence is always first rate and tells us what we NEED to know to make the right decisions at the right time. We are very happy with our working relationship with the S&C team and, in particular, with Spyros as our property manager.
