The lettings team at Sawyers Hove found me a good tenant without any void period and were very thorough in arranging the referencing. Esme and Chloe kept me informed without me having to chase them. Mia was especially efficient and speedy in referencing and deposit taking.She called me when necessary and was always able to be contacted easily. 5 stars to her and colleagues xxxxx

I have used Sawyers since 2010 to rent my flat in Hove and just sold it through them. It has been an extremely satisfactory relationship. The team are efficient and highly personable and I cannot recommend Sawyers more highly. Of particular note, Lucy Cratchley in sales.

We have been renting through Sawyer and Co for the past 2 years now. There has been some ups and downs with them in the past but recently my husband and I have been under the care of Spyros Miaris - absolutely spot on guy, really takes time into getting things done promptly and a lovely person to be handling us!
