Recently I've had some issues to resolve regarding the flat and my property manager Spyros Jensen has been outstanding in his help and patience helping to resolve the problems. He has responded quickly, helpfully and productively to my many emails on the matter and really helped to solve problems. The Sawyers Letting Team is working well together . It starts with the marketing and viewing. Kerry Anne organised the marketing brochure well liaising with me throughout. She is well experienced and very helpful. Chloe the letting negotiator is a star and good asset as she is very professional thoughtful and listens to both landlords and tenants presenting the flat and area in detail so the tenant can make an informed decision. She cares and is clearly a good organiser and people person with attention to detail. When looking at reviews I noticed my new tenant also being full of praise! So everyone is pleased a 'win win' for everyone. There are other members in the current team at Sawyers, who are without exception very good , similar, and that makes it a joy to deal with Sawyers.
