We had a very positive experience with Esme Gunner of Sawyer & Co at the Hove branch. Esme greeted us in person at the branch first and went through the viewings and lettings process. She met us at a property for a viewing and showed us around. She was discreet, allowing ample time for us to look around and shared an honest opinion about the flat without overselling. She followed up quickly on a number of questions we had and was professional during a second measuring visit. We would recommend the agency and Esme too.
