Very pleased with Sawyer&co Agents church Road Hove. I dealt with a gent called Bob Beaken. Lovely man very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Would phone now and again to let me know how the deal was progressing as it took a long time viewed flat mid December sale agreed quickly but did not exchange till March was worried someone would pull out Bob reassured me from time to time everything was alright.

Moving into a flat in Hove was made very smooth and easy through the help of Cerys and Mia. Both were highly communicative and responsive to our questions. I recently used Sawyer and Co for a flat purchase. My agent was Bob Beaken. From my offer going in to moving in was around 6-7 weeks. For such a quick turnaround you can imagine the communication needed had to be excellent, and it was. Bob was always transparent and replied very quickly to any messages etc. Very pleased with the service all round.

The service provided by Sawyers has been exemplary. Over the last year I have experienced a wide range of estate agent encounters. i wont name the rude ones, the ones who don't know how to answer the phone or the ones who tell me my choices will never be fulfilled but I will mention Simon and Bob at Sawyers. Both went out of their way on my behalf on several occasions and managed to put up with a highly stressed individual who had not moved in 25 years and was terrified. Excellent and supportive in every way.
