We have been really impressed with Sawyer & Co as upcoming tenants. Cerys was great and communicative through the viewing process and Mia has just been wonderful getting us sorted and ready to move in. The only thing we found not so good was the referencing system (Goodlord) but everything that Sawyer & Co did was brilliant

Linda and the team at Sawyer have been looking after my properties for years, and we’ve always been very happy with the services and support provided. Properties inevitably have issues from time to time - whether it’s tenant related, plumbing, electrical, etc… but Linda and team always do their best to alleviate any stress and ensure all is resolved to a high standard.

I engaged with Sawyer & Co recently in the process of renting a flat in Hove. The service and personal engagement I received from Esme and Mia throughout the process were outstanding. I cannot praise them enough for making the process so smooth and hassle-free; but above all - for having such a client-centric approach and at all times making me as the client feel heard, understood, respected and valued. That is something you do not experience often. I believe this is testament to the culture of the company as I also engaged with Zakira and Chloe to a lesser extent and I had a very similar experience. Spyros was our first port of call and steered us through the initial sign-up, with Chloe and Esme keeping us fully up-to-date on progress with viewings and offers. Since then, Linda has taken over our property management, and has been so helpful and efficient with all our queries and our recent change of tenants. A really friendly team - recommended!
