Bob was fantastic as our sales progressor, which we hugely appreciated as first time buyers. He was highly responsive and communicative, and he always acted fast to find the answers to our questions. He offered what felt like very personal service, and in times where I felt any stress about our purchase, he was always able to reassure me by explaining the next steps of the sale. It always felt like we were in good hands.

I had a rather complicated onward purchase of a flat listed with Sawyer and co including having to change my solicitor and complicated clauses in the contract, but senior negotiator, Bob Beaken , helped progress the sale through by liaising with relevant parties and keeping me informed and undoubtedly helped to achieve a satisfactory completion Highly recommended agent.

I only have great things to say about Sawyer & Co. Firstly, James Gunn (who is such a nice guy) took charge of the marketing and found a buyer for me pretty quickly. Him and his team were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. As the sale progressed, Bob Beaken (another very nice guy) worked tirelessly to ensure that the solicitors, for both sides, were keeping on top of things. It was really reassuring to have his expertise and input. He practically (virtually anyway) held my hand throughout the process. I would 100% recommend Sawyer & Co to anyone who is buying or selling.
