Cancelled viewing last minute, advertisement said nothing about no families or babies I’m a single mum and I can decide if the flat is big enough for us.

The landlord herself was a pleasent, efficient and helpful person and all admin had been carried out professionally. However the black mould that we had been breathing in for 2 years that the agency "treated" by, on one occasion spiritzing with anti bacterial spray and then painting over in ONE of the areas of the flat that had a black mould problem was... Well, let's just say if this manifests in some malign lung issues in the future I wouldn't be surprised. I mean, a child (Awaab Ishak of Rochdale) was killed recently and the blood is on the hands of landlords just didn't want to actually face up to the fact that's yeah, their company might need to fix a that a property was a hazard to health but some people money means more to them than another persons life. Yep. Shame on them.

Avoid!! Charged for clearing garden but didn't. Don't seem that concerned about safety either - repeatedly assured me that smoke alarms were all in - and they were not.

I had many trouble settling to my flat because of them.

Level of consideration to residents Parked on a blind bend on double yellows (very clear yellows, not like you can't see them) by a school with a sign saying "keep clear - school". I'll let you make your own mind up.

Showed me 7 of the 10 worst places I saw in Brighton. Keep in mind that 10-15% of the places I saw did not have a full floor/walls/ceiling and that number becomes scary. All their advert pictures were beautiful, surprise surprise. I made an offer and even followed-up with more money on what was essentially a building site pretending to be a home (the toilet was stained black and hadn't seen a clean this side of the decade to give to you an idea) and a week later they hadn't even replied. After I told them to lose my details because I didn't want to work with them they replied at 8pm on a Friday with sass. They couldn't reply to my mail in over 40 business hours but could reply to insult me after hours. The irony is I would have paid over list if they'd bothered to speak to me. Buyer, seller or renter alike - I suggest you go elsewhere.

Would not use them again.To top everything off they had the keys to our new home the day before we moved (without us knowing) and deliberately requested we wait for them to call us after completion. We waited a further 2 hours after we completed ( almost closing time) and still had not heard from them and chased in order to get keys to a property we had been in ownership of for a number of hours.
