Brock and Taylor to be honest is the best agency I have ever experienced with. Simon Jervis and Kate Ellery I should mention their names because they are real gems because they are really good at maintaining their relationship with the tenants. Solve all the issues without any delay. Communicate very effectively and clearly. I would absolutely recommend Brock Taylor to anyone I know.

Rented through BROCK TAYLOR for over 8 years and honestly the best customer support I’ve experienced in Horsham. While other agents wouldn’t even make time for viewings or checks, they were responsive and supportive from day one. Special thanks to KATE ELLERY and SIMON JERVIS - always professional, proactive, and reassuring, even following up outside working hours when needed. Renewals were handled early, issues sorted quickly, and deposit matters were always straightforward. A letting agent that truly works with tenants, not against them. HiGHLY RECOMMENDED. I would definately have given you more stars if I could !!!!!!
