Suzanna and Tom were extremely helpful with renting out our property and finding one to rent for us. Always available to chat and advise. The support felt all the way through. Once moved in into our new rental place, Kate took over as a property manager, and she's been amazing. Any maintenance or issue was dealt very quickly and in a very professional, caring way. I like the fact that if you are unhappy about something, they listen to you and really do all they can to rectify and satisfy.
