I have been a tenant with Brock Taylor for in excess of five years, and I can say without fear or favour that their service has consistently been five-star. Any issues are both quickly acknowledged and addressed. Simon Jervis has been particularly helpful on the rare occasion anything crops up. Keep up the good work.

Customer service for lettings here is second to none. Suzanna was amazing from start to finish. Generally, I find most service experiences with businesses mediocre and always know when I have come across something exceptional because the first thing I think is: 'I wonder if these guys would come and work for me'! Highly recommended, they really care about finding the right fit for both tenants and landlords.

My wife and I would thoroughly recommend Brock Taylor. After a sale on our property fell through, and subsequent struggle to generate viewings with our previous agent, the team at Brock Taylor took over and generated that foot traffic and successfully sold our property within 1-2 weeks. Their proactive approach made a significant difference - especially Angel who has been such a help throughout.

We used Brock Taylor’s letting team to help us rent a house in Horsham and we were genuinely delighted with their end-to-end service. From Lucy showing us the property and answering every question to Kate, Simon and Thomas in the office addressing any issues (mostly minor) swiftly and professionally.
