My husband and I have bought & sold numerous properties over the years…. And during each transaction we have always felt as if the estate agent hadn’t always had our best interests at heart and in some circumstances acted in a biased way towards other buyers/bidders, basically not being truthful. We had all the north Leeds estate agents round to take a look at our property to sell, but felt as if each one wasn’t being genuine, or lacked experience or just priced it on recent sold properties in the area… David at ewemove however is a breath of fresh air! From the moment we instructed David to sell our detached property in Adel he was an absolute professional. His skill & love of photography came across in the amazing brochure he provided for our property not just the usual quick pics from other estate agents. We felt very reassured and confident in David’s ability and therefore left David to do the open viewing weekend, and we would go away. David had checked all of the interested parties and had approx 25 viewings over the weekend….. by the following Tuesday we had 10 offers 2 under and 8 over! Incredible! Needless to say he sold the property that day for way above the asking price. It didn’t stop there he advised us, followed up all parties involved and made it the easiest sale we had known.
