David actually helped me sell a property 6 months ago but we have been busy settling in to our new place, rejoicing that the sale completed relatively smoothly & forgetting to review highly positively as we intended to. It was my first sale so like others who have left reviews I interviewed a few of the most popular agents selling at the time in the area and he really stood out. In that way I didn't actually come across EM , this was a recommendation from a colleague who has bought & sold many properties and again for her EM really stood out in the crowd - so I rejoice in having listened to her and giving them a go . He just seemed to have a totally new & different approach , was 100% reliable with meetings & made me feel like an individual as opposed to a statistic. There was no hard sale, no chase, there was obvious knowledge and experience , with a genuine desire to give an excellent service. If you need him he's super efficient in coming back quickly and has all the recommendations you may need - solicitors , building surveyors, electricians etc. I felt confident to go with his recommendations every time but remained stubborn on my choice of solicitor which was a slight regret but I would keep this in mind for the future and feel I could go back anytime with a quick query and not wait too long for a reliable response. And if he wasn't around for any reason I have made notes from his advice! Couldn't recommend him & EM highly enough - his help even extended to some personal mail delivery to our new address with an item that slipped through the redirect system! I chatted a little to our buyers on exchange day and they had nothing but good things to say about him too. I have recommended him & EM to other friends that are selling & the feedback is consistently similar - thank you David ! & team : ) You made it all so much easier : )

When we decided to sell our house I invited a few estate agents to value it and David was one of them. He was very different from the other agents, extremely friendly and I immediately felt at ease with him. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave really good advice for getting it ready to market. The quality of the listing was excellent - great photos and detailed descriptions. We quickly had viewings lined up. From putting the house on the market to completion was about 14 weeks. He even helped our buyers to go through the legal process. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
