David was acting for vendor of the property my partner and I purchased. He was excellent throughout and made what can be a difficult process straightforward.

I used EweMove to sell my house in Leeds. My daughter and I dealt with David Walker; he personally managed the whole process, start to finish. Firstly, having the same contact throughout was so helpful and negated the risk of messages or details being missed. Secondly, David himself has been wonderful; so competent, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My situation was not the simplest and he took the time to fully understand my circumstances. He explained everything well and he showed great patience and care when helping us with our questions. During the process, there was a hiccup with the buyer and David went above and beyond to ensure the sale went back on track; the care he showed was incredible and very very much appreciated. Myself and partner were selling a terrace in Horsforth and moving to Farsley for a bigger size house, David led us with his expert knowledge and guided us in every area imaginable as well as providing recommendations for everything along the way. His negotiation skills were brilliant getting us a lot more for our home than we thought possible. His knowledge on the location and the housing market was honestly incredible. David is a breathe of fresh air in his profession and we knew within minutes of meeting him our minds were made up to have him as our agent, there were no gimmicks or sales tactics, his personality and knowledge shone through. David is beyond friendly - we would consider David a real friend on the back of our experience which speaks volumes of what he achieved for us. I couldn’t recommend David enough, great man, with great values and even greater knowledge. We wouldn’t hesitate to use David again should we move!
