David is extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and he has helped guide us through the selling process, as well as offering advice on properties we are looking to buy. Communication is outstanding, unlike other agents David is available at weekends and in the evenings which makes everything much easier as we work during the day. He has kept us well informed at every step, offering advice where we need it. In terms of marketing our house, the pictures and description David put together for the online portals are great. He conducts all of the viewings himself so can answer any questions potential buyers have. Overall we highly rate the service that David offers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Worst agency ever! Not helpful at all you have to call them 295738 times and still they will not help you. They say they will call you back and never do. I was trying for a week to book a viewing and no one could help me. It’s like they don’t want to rent you the apartments do not recommend to anyone

The worst estate agent I have ever come across. Arrived for a viewing and was treated incredibly rudely, not welcomed at the door, time had been prearranged however David Walker was not ready to conduct the viewing and expected us to stand outside in the rain (Me, My wife and 6 month old child).
