We also bought our new house through another branch of EweMove so the whole process was as seamless as a house move can be! Put down to communication, openness and hard work - highly recommend!

David was brilliant at selling our house. He was really friendly, and worked hard to get us a good price and very quickly too as we were under pressure for the house we wanted to make an offer on. He took great photos of our home and gave us guidance on how to set up the house for the viewings and we were reassured that it was all done in a way that minimised covid risk too. We ended up with in quite a long chain, but David rang up and down the chain to help facilitate the move and get all the other estate agents and solicitors working to the same dates. Would recommend!

Selling our house with David was the best decision we made! He couldn't do enough for us, was always there at the end of the phone when we needed him regardless of the hour and was an all round brilliant person to do business with. He far excelled our expectations in terms of value in selling our house, meaning we had more to play with in our new home! David gave us so much confidence in his abilities and knowledge of the market that even in the middle of a pandemic we knew we could relax because the sale of our house was in safe hands. We first met David at a house viewing of a property he was selling. We’d not put our flat up for sale yet (we’d got a few agents booked in to come round to give us a quote) but were so impressed after meeting David we cancelled them all and instructed him. I’ve dealt with estate agents before and I’ve always begrudged having to pay their fee at the end, apart from popping the house in Rightmove it wasn’t actually clear what else they did? This was not the case with David. We knew we wanted to move to North Leeds, although we didn’t really know the area. David was amazing at helping us throughout our buying process, coming with us on viewings, replying to me late into the evening with my ‘is this street dodgy or not’ messages. He really did go the extra mile and genuinely cared about us and our property search. We felt like we had our very own version of Kirsty and Phil on hand. For our sale, he sold it twice over (the first buyer pulled out) for over the asking price! We really liked that we had input into the photos and description of our property as we felt we were able to put a bit of our personality into it and help the flat stand out from the rest. David was super patient with me after I’d moved flowers and vases a million times to get the right photos for Rightmove. Our photos were fab too, a cut above the quality of the generic Estate Agent pictures. The conveyancing process took quite a while for us to navigate and I had many fraught conversations with our solicitors. David helped push things along when appropriate which was really helpful. To summarise, we went into this process wanting to sell our flat and buy a house. We left with a higher sales price than we expected, a new house in a great area and a new friend. Thank you so much David, we couldn’t have done any of this without ewe!

If i could do 10 stars i most certainly would. My partner and i have recently move into a property managed by EweMove and our agent is Anna Hull and i have to say she is absolutely amazing and exceeds all expectations. So far she has done everything in her power to make sure our move went as smoothly as possible, she is always more then happy to help no matter if she is at work or if it supposed to be her day off she will still find a way to help out where she. can. I am amazed with everything Anna has done for us. I have already recommended this company to three other people because my experience with them has been so great and i will continue to do so when given the chance. If any of the CEO's of the company or Anna Hull's superiors are reading this review please give this girl a pay rise because she definitely deserves it. By far the best letting company we have been with.

David Walker of EweMove Horsforth and Adel comes highly recommended! We chose to make an enquiry with EweMove after receiving a marketing leaflet through the post. We researched the company online and there seemed to be something fresh and different about their ethos to selling your home. Our experience has confirmed just this. Our first meeting with David was informative and positive without leaving us feeling as though he was being 'pushy'. He gave us time to consider everything and the video links he sent to our email address were an excellent and novel method of communication which we really liked. From the outset, David has been extremely enthusiastic and efficient and has taken the stress out of selling our house. He advised and assisted in preparing the house for best impact on photographs which we were delighted with. He dealt with all of the viewings and communications with potential buyers. Our house was on the market for only two weeks when we accepted an offer! Nothing was ever too much trouble for David.
