Best decision of 2021! We had 4 agents come and appraise our cosy 2 bed cottage in Farsley. 2 of the agents gave us ' eye watering' house values in an attempt to 'flatter' us to go with them. David's approach was different and advised us to market our property at a reasonable market value and to get in as many people to view our house as possible. Over the late May bank holiday 2021 David did 45 viewings which resulted in 21 offers. The offer we accepted was 19% over asking! As David had handled all the initial enquiries and conducted the viewings himself, David was best placed in helping us choose our offer. It was like having our very own Phil Spencer on the phone :) David also had our buyer speak with his mortgage advisor so that we were confident they were serious buyers. David even phoned our sellers agent to put in a good word for us - which help our seller choose our offer. From instructing solicitors to finding our new home and completing on our sale and buy took under 15 weeks which during a property boom and stamp duty holiday is actually really good going! In that time 4 houses within our area being sold by 2 of the other agents fell through and still have sold STC flags on. Mr Walker did the impossible and got us sold for more than we anticipated! We used 2 different agents before him (well known too) who couldn't even get viewings at a significantly lower price. The moving house journey was already stressful enough for us, particularly as there were a lot of parties involved, but David always went above and beyond in making it easy as possible, contacting all parties and ensuring everyone is on the same page (alongside a sales progressor). David is certainly the best in the area (maybe even the country) he even has his own book on how to sell a house, which isn't something I've seen before. With attention to detail and of course hosting the viewings himself you're reassured throughout the process that David will get you sold. If you're in North West Leeds and you need a personable, empathetic and professional estate agent who puts in the elbow grease, he is essential!

I was selling my late mothers property. Ewemove had sold a flat in the same development so I decided to give them a try. I was initially a bit sceptical of the idea of not using a local solicitor but those fears were unfounded. I would say that there was far more communication by phone & email from the solicitor acting for the sale than I have experienced with local firms. The whole process was quick & painless and all documents were signed and contracts exchanged electronically. I would certainly use them again

If i could do 10 stars i most certainly would. My partner and i have recently move into a property managed by EweMove and our agent is Anna Hull and i have to say she is absolutely amazing and exceeds all expectations. So far she has done everything in her power to make sure our move went as smoothly as possible, she is always more then happy to help no matter if she is at work or if it supposed to be her day off she will still find a way to help out where she. can. Highly recommended, totally flexible service. Not your average estate agent, very proactive!! We appointed them after failing to sell with another agent, and sold very quickly at above the asking price.
