Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Hornchurch

We had a really positive experience with Hilbery Chaplin in Hornchurch when buying our home. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly, approachable and easy to get along with. They always gave us the time we needed, were very cooperative throughout, and we never once felt pressured. A special mention has to go to Kelly Hallier, who was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to sell our home through Hilbery Chaplin in the future, buy through them again, or recommend them to others. A genuinely lovely team and a pleasure to deal with. Richard & Satvinder

Thank you so much to Kellie H and Kelly W for helping us purchase our first home. They were both very responsive which allowed for a smooth purchase. I would strongly recommend Hilbery Chaplin!

Very easy to deal with and really helpful, considering I was a first time buyer.

Everyone that helped pushed a transaction that completes 15th May and one that is very close to my heart, i thank you so so much. You really should be proud of being the way you are and in particular a big thank you to Kelly. You have been so amazing. I really hope I get the opportunity to work with you all again in the future. Wish all Estate Agents cared like you all did. All the best, from Kaz Solicitor :) xx

I am buying a house through Hilbery Chaplin in Hornchurch and always found them friendly, helpful and efficient, Very easy to communicate with and specially both Kelly workman and Kellie Hallier were extremely helpful with everything I needed so far and very quick responses to my email and phone calls. Extremely happy with their service and highly recommended

Very helpful in a tough time for me

Hilbery Chaplin are a great estate agency firm and I have always found them to be extremely professional, reliable, and easy to deal with, especially Kelly W. Their communication is excellent and they are always responsive, clear, and proactive, which makes a big difference when coordinating transactions. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a great service to their clients and maintaining strong working relationships with the professionals they collaborate with. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and well-organised estate agent.

Appreciated very much Phil Day’s approach re: his ‘pitch’ for me to sell my property via Hilbery Chaplin [HC]: although, in part, I was of course interested to discover how much the house might be worth, not having sold a house for 26 or so years I was also keen to gain some insight into what the selling experience might be like, and whilst one or two of your rivals’ representatives seemed, to me, quite pushy - and one, in particular, seemed, to be frank, off-puttingly overconfident that he’d get my business (despite the relatively high percentage commission he’d be charging), to the point where he seemed, at one stage during his visit, keen to get me to sign-up ‘there and then’! - Phil took the time to explain everything in a calm, rational and unhurried manner, and since, in addition to making it plain that HC would be happy to help me to sell the property on the open market if that’s how I wanted to proceed, he shared the fact that there were at least two alternative approaches open to me, both of which seemed to me worthy of further investigation and one of which none of the other agents have mentioned, making the decision re: which estate agent to go with was the easiest one I’ve made so far in respect of the sale of my home!

From the very beginning I had a good feeling about using this office. Phil was to the point and informative. He gave me what I thought was a honest appraisal of my property. During the process the staff were helpful and accommodating and willing to help with any questions I had . The entire process from start to completion was a smooth stress free experience. My property is officially sold on the 9th . Thank you for your help and support. I would recommend the Hornchurch office to anyone selling their property.

We’ve had a really positive experience so far. Kellie and team have been transparent, professional, and incredibly reassuring, especially when we were feeling nervous during parts of the process. They’ve kept us well informed at every stage and have made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. We really appreciate their support and guidance and would happily recommend them.
