I have never bought a property before so I was extremely nervous jumping into the world of buying. Christina showed us round a lovely property and gave all the info we needed or asked for and has been super helpful and very friendly everytime I have spoken to her. She has made this whole process so much easier. 5 stars is well deserved not just by Christina but everyone who I have dealt with at JNP. I would have no problems using them again.

Still in the process of selling my flat but up to now the service has been great.. all staff are helpful and do there best to help. I have had regular updates throughout with phone calls and emails for viewings, offers and feedback which has been positive at a stressful time. in the space of two weeks my place was valued put on the market and now an offer has been accepted. Fingers crossed all goes well from here. particular shout out to Christina in helping me to get the best price, Matt for his very honest and upfront valuation which helped us decde to sell with JNP Cant fault any staff member to be honest, we purchased our flat through JNP around 3 years ago and service was judt as good then. will update review when everything is signed and sealed. JNP were amazing, I highly recommend and would use again myself, in fact they may even bias a future purchase if it was with them ;) From Mark who did the initial evaluation, Martin in the sales office was my main contact but TBH they were all amazing, you could speak to any of the sales staff and they all knew about your property and were up to date on the progress, and Ross in the sales progression team was worth his weight in gold! During a very frustrating sale he was a godsend at chasing up, finding out what was going on all sides, and quick to respond to any potential issues. I have worked with 3 state agents in my purchase / sale experience and they are the best by far.

Jan was our co-ordinator throughout this very long and arduous as well as stressful process in selling our house and purchasing another.
