Mat initially came out to give us a valuation, he took his time to go through everything and was very honest and realistic about what we could get for it. He suggested some minor cosmetic improvements we could make and once these were done, took some great photos for the listing. Martin then took over for the viewings, and had found us buyers within a few weeks of the property going on the market. After each viewing, we got prompt phone calls with constructive feedback he’d had. Jan from sales progression then took over - I cannot sing Jan’s praises enough! Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always at the end of the phone, and by the end we were even joking that she was actually a “conveyancing witch” because she managed to get things done seamlessly and by magic, and got updates before even we had them. Her lovely dulcet tones and calm manner kept me relatively calm throughout the very stressful process of buying, selling and getting a lease extension done at the same time!
