Mat Plocharski is the estate agent you hopefully when buying or selling. He puts care into his pictures which frankly outshine most of the competitions, he will be honest about the worth of your home, solidifying a sense of trust which puts you at ease in all your conversations. There's nothing he won't do to ensure a good experience and has now, as a result ruined me for any other estate agents. Its only JNP now, and that's because of Mat. He was my first contact there after a horrible experience with Chancellors who were just dreadful from start to finish and cost me a lot of money in the end from taking so long to do their job right in any way and later though house price reductions etc. Then Mat came along at JNP and was the exact type of estate agent I needed when times were extremely tough for me. He is a great honest guy, committed to his craft and, truly, the best estate agent you can hope for.

JNP have been absolutely superb from the start. I engaged with Mat who had all the answers to all my questions at his fingertips. He was tactical in getting the house ready to put on the site, kept me in the loop at every step and I had two dozen viewings within the first 3 days of it being on their site. I've been unlucky with my sale for various reasons outside of JNP's control and they have been brilliant helping me get every stumbling block sorted. Don't have a bad word to say.

JNP dealt with the sale of my 2 bedroom flat in Downley, High Wycombe. I was given an exceptional service. My first contact was with Nathan Dowie who contacted me the same day I left a message and he arranged a visit to the flat within the next day. A very friendly and efficient service. The viewings and sale were dealt with by Lisa Smith. Who regularly called me to give me updates and followed up with the buyers on a regular basis.
