This review is specifically for Janet that works here. Everyone tell you that buying a house is the most stressful thing you’ll go through in your life. Words cannot describe it and there is nothing you can do to prepare for it. I must say that at every step along the way you deal with many incompetent people who don’t care if you do or don’t get the property, rude, lazy and just a nightmare to deal with. Janet on the other hand does not fit this mould what so ever. Without her help and her amazing spirit and can do attitude I can assure you the sale of the property wouldn’t have happened. She was there with us at every step of the way and actually fought in our corner for us. I bothered this poor lady three times a week for six months and she was the same lovely hard working lady from start to finish. I cannot emphasise how amazing she is and she deserve all the praise in the world

I have nothing but praise for the way Mat, Lisa and the team at JNP looked after the sale of our family home following my mum's death. Mat was professional throughout providing a valuation for probate and 2 years later putting the house on the market. The whole team at JNP pulled out all the stops to get the right buyers viewing the property, and a successful offer was made one week after the house was placed on the market. Lisa helped to keep the momentum with the sale by liaising between myself and the buyers solicitor to keep me informed of progress, and gently nudge when my team needed to take action, which resulted in the sale completing 13 weeks after we accepted the offer, which feels miraculous given some of the horror stories I have heard from others selling houses. I would absolutely recommend anyone using their services.
