So far Mat at JNP has gone above and beyond with the newly assigned sale of our house. He has been easy to contact and extremely helpful at all points along the way even as far as coming to see us after his working hours as we were busy. They have been extremely supportive during the sale process and always have time to answer any queries. Lisa liaised with me throughout the whole process. Given the current climate, we had many problems along the way. Lisa was contactable every day, always returning phone calls and emails. I most appreciated how honest and informed she was on market conditions and helping us with negotiations. I honestly feel without her help, we would have given up! Thank you Lisa!

Still in the process of selling my flat but up to now the service has been great.. all staff are helpful and do there best to help. I have had regular updates throughout with phone calls and emails for viewings, offers and feedback which has been positive at a stressful time. in the space of two weeks my place was valued put on the market and now an offer has been accepted.
