Ryder and Dutton, Heywood Branch handled the sale of my dad’s house. They were fantastic, very professional, understanding of the situation and delivered a “Top Class” service. All of the staff I dealt with Catherine, Lynda and Rachel provided excellent communication throughout the process and I cannot rate them high enough for their professionalism and delivery of a great experience. We were selling my dad’s house in Heywood and we live in Bishop Auckland. Rachel and the team checked on the house weekly as part of the insurance requirement due to my dad being in a care home in Durham and the house being empty. This was something they did not have to do however, they provided this service to a schedule which was beyond expectation. In addition to this, Catherine and Lynda provided updates on a regular basis even when there was little happening in the sale process. I cannot praise the R&D Heywood team enough for their professionalism and service. You would be a fool not to use them If you are selling a property. >10/10 is my rating and this is not an exaggeration. They are all fantastic.
