The entire process for us moving into our new home took over 7 months in total. It was a text book nightmare case, from Japanese Knotweed, Posessorary titles, basment leakage and chimney stack reports, to top it off we found ourselves in the middle of a pandemic where businesses were furloughed and business as usual was a thing of the past. Catherine and Rachel were amazing throughout. Both picking up emails throughout the COVID 19 pandemic, chasing numerous queries and making us feel like there was someone helping us through the process every step of the way. We had regular phone calls and at times what felt like a laborious, frustrating process seem like there was light at the end of the tunnel with their positive and continued support. The staff at Ryder & Dutton have been brilliant throughout handling the sale of my property, from the off i was at ease with the initial meeting and valuation provided by Rachel, who offered an honest opinion on the current state of the market and showed good knowledge into similar properties on the market in my area. Lynn and Catherine both offered great service from the office, initially with handling any potential interest in the property and following up a viewing with potential buyers.
