Where to start on this review. I could make this 3000 words or short and simple. Well I'd like to just start by saying Cath and Rachel went above and beyond all expectations. Acting as solicitors at times, as well as estate agents, due to the lack of knowledge and willingness from my solicitors side. I'd like to think I won't need an estate agent anytime soon, but I will only ever use a company that Cath and/or Rachel will be working at (as long as still in the same industry) I would not care about the fees and costs to buy or sell but Ryder & Dutton was very competitive anyway. I have sold a couple of houses and always had issues but never have I felt reassured than when I'm speaking to Cath. She was always available, always helpful and always tried to help, even when it wasn't her job too. Both staff members are a credit to Ryder & Dutton and they deserve a pay rise for the amount of work they did on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. This is the 2nd time we have used Mortgage Advice Bureau for our remortgage and it won’t be the last. Nikki made us feel at ease as soon as we walked in the office and found us a great deal and then we was passed across to Becky who then took over and helped us with the solicitors paperwork. I came to see Nikki Cockcroft for advice about a mortgage for a property my partner and I were really interested in. I couldn't fault the service she provided from day 1.
