After viewing a number of houses around the Greater Manchester area, we set our heart on SunnyBank - our move was challenging due to fact we were moving from London to Manchester. From the first meeting at the property Ryder and Dutton have excelled in all departments. I was overwhelmed by the price the property went up for sale as I had no idea of the true worth. I was emailed every couple of days with more and more viewings booked in. As I work away a lot Ryder and Dutton were more than happy to do viewings for me. I would say 2 weeks after going up with them the property sale was agreed well above asking price. Can't thank all the staff enough for there hard work. Catherine has been in continuous communication with me. Property now sold and good luck to the new owners. I'm sure they'll also have positive feedback regarding buying with Ryder and Dutton. Megan was extremely helpful throughout the purchase of my new home. There is some frustrating red tape which is entirely artificial and put in place by R&D (and probably other agents) which caused a lot of frustration on the buyers and sellers side - that wouldn’t have been an issue had R&D not been involved… Which feels unnecessary and actually resulted in me losing a house we’d had an offer accepted on. The seller actually ended up so fed up that they decided not to sell their house at all! Nevertheless, I felt Megan was informative, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping and doing her best to meet my and the - eventual seller throughout the process.

We felt really supported by Megan D'Angelillo in the early stages of our house buying process and throughout, she kept us updated and listened to our concerns and put us at ease. We've also been helped by Becky Taylor and Nikki Cockcroft and we couldnt thank them enough. They helped when we didn't think we would be successful in getting a house, they've explained every step of the process, help us where needed and kept us up to date at all times. I don't feel we could've done it without them.

Ryder & Dutton have been amazing! We sold our old house and purchased our new house with them and they were brilliant from start to finish. Catherine the sale progressor is amazing! She wasn't even my estate agent, she was our vendors estate agent, but she was brilliant in keeping everyone up to date with information!
