I unfortunately didn't use Ryder and Dutton to sell my property but they acted for our seller. To say that Catherine went above and beyond is an understatement. She was absolutely pivotal in helping the sale go through as we had so many issues with the council and land registry. Would highly recommend and only wished she had been out estate agent. Catherine is an absolute asset and a genuine diamond.

Jenna Henley was very kind and kept us in the loop the entire time and guided us through the process making it so much more easier for us as we barely had a clue with it being our first time buying. I’ve recently purchased a property through Ryder & Dutton, the service was amazing, I had regular updates from a really competent team of staff. To name a few, Nicole, Gemma and Joanne from the Heywood branch. I decided to use Ryder & Dutton to let my property and they found the loveliest family for the property. I supported my daughters to buy their first house, and because of their working hours I ended up dealing with all the professionals. My only regret is that I did not appoint Ryder and Dutton to manage the sale of my own property which was proceeding at the same time as helping my daughters to buy their home.
