As first time buyers everyone assured us that something would go wrong or there would be hiccups along the way, this wasn’t our experience at all with Ryder & Dutton. From putting in our offer to completion and actually moving in the whole process took less than 3 months and this is due in no small way to Catherine’s diligent work with all parties involved. Fran is very positive and has great knowledge regarding the market. she has gone out of her way to help me on many occasions, can't thank her enough.
