There were some complications along the way (nothing the fault of Ryder & Dutton) and if wasnt for the help, support and dogged determination of Catherine I am convinced we would still be sitting in our old house now. Megan was extremely helpful throughout the purchase of my new home. There is some frustrating red tape which is entirely artificial and put in place by R&D (and probably other agents) which caused a lot of frustration on the buyers and sellers side - that wouldn’t have been an issue had R&D not been involved… Which feels unnecessary and actually resulted in me losing a house we’d had an offer accepted on. The seller actually ended up so fed up that they decided not to sell their house at all! Nevertheless, I felt Megan was informative, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping and doing her best to meet my and the - eventual seller throughout the process.
