Ryder and Dutton

Great service by all staff at Ryder & Dutton, Catherine was amazing in keeping us updated, and totally took the stress out of the home-buying process! :-)

Fantastic service from Catherine Salisbury from start to finish house purchase went through so quickly and smoothly

I would just like to share my appreciation for Nikki Cockcroft, she has been amazing and is the most friendly person I've ever interacted with mortgage wise but still been able to do it on a professional level. So thank you very much!

I unfortunately didn't use Ryder and Dutton to sell my property but they acted for our seller. To say that Catherine went above and beyond is an understatement. She was absolutely pivotal in helping the sale go through as we had so many issues with the council and land registry. Would highly recommend and only wished she had been out estate agent. Catherine is an absolute asset and a genuine diamond.

Catherine was always at the end of the phone to reassure and support us throughout the sale of our home. Really helpful and friendly from start to finish. Id highly recommend if youre thinking of moving house

Catherine and the team at Heywood are a joy to work with. Catherine is a credit to the team, from viewing to processing the purchase of my first home I could not fault her once. Detail oriented, totally on the ball and customer focused. Thank you Catherine

If you want to sell your house, use Megan at Ryder & Dutton. With all the moving parts and all the chasing involved with solicitors and the vendor's estate agent, Megan was the only proactive one, chasing all parties and keeping in contact with me daily to give me updates. Megan makes things happen.

Megan was absolutely FANTASTIC from start to finish during the whole process of buying our first home! :) Would recommend 100/100 times!!!

Fantastic service from Catherine and all staff, Fran was very professional and we would recommend Ryder and Dutton. I have been using them since the 80’s and they are always very professional.
