Our house had failed to sell with another estate agent for 12 weeks and the viewing quality was very poor (judging from the feedback we were given). Purchased our house through Michael Anthony. The property was on with a number of agents but I’m really pleased we chose Michael Anthony to view it and purchase it through. Niall took us around the property to and answered any queries we had prior to putting in our offer which after a small negotiation was accepted. There was only a small chain however through no fault of Michael Anthony the process dragged on a little longer than we’d hoped for. However we felt that Steve and Niall did everything they could to progress the sale with them chasing solicitors and keeping us in the loop as they promised they would the whole time, . We didn’t sell our property with them so cannot comment in that respect but from what we did experience of Michael Anthony they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept to their promises.
