She helped me with all the key information enabling me to reach a fast buying decision and then was very helpful, thorougher, fast and supportive in helping me navigate the purchase journey after my offer was accepted. I asked 3 agents to value my property. One male agent inflated the price to make me think they could get more but when I checked his agents sales on rightmove they had a lot of price reductions so they were over pricing to get business. He also kept touching my arm when I was showing him round so I definitely was not using him. Another agent was excellent but her male colleague rang me after the valuation to check she had done a good job which I felt was demeaning for her and I didn't want to work with them. Stephen Swindlehurst from Michael Anthony was honest on the pricing, experienced and knowledgeable about the market and they were also very reasonably priced. All communication was excellent, I got feedback after every viewing and we quickly got the property sold. The entire team were great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.

We have recently experienced buying our first home , and we where lucky enough to find someone like Lauren from Michael Anthony who was an exceptional estate agent and together with her team helped us throughout the process and made it so much more enjoyable. Lauren was a very good communicator, she was very quick to help with any enquiry we had and has been a very good link between us and the seller. The all team at Michael Anthony especially Lauren were excellent when l bought my flat, they were so helpful, patient, professional, nothing was too much trouble! My only disappointment was we didn't sell my mum's home with them as well, unfortunately we used Stirling who were completely opposite. I would highly recommend Michael Anthony.

Recently purchased a property through Michael Anthony and they were very professional and helpful. Had some issues with solicitors along the way (as you do!) but the staff at Michael Anthony were always very patient and helpful in resolving the problems. Unfortunately we didn’t find the property we were looking for with Michael Anthony’s but we would definitely recommend them in terms of the professional service we received in comparison to the level of support/service from other agencies in the area.
