We recently sold our house through Michael Anthony in Hemel Hempstead and worked with Ian and the team, and the service has been outstanding from start to finish. Everyone in the office was approachable, friendly and happy to help, but Ian in particular really stood out. The conveyancing process on the other side was very slow and often frustrating, but Ian was always one step ahead – proactively chasing, coming up with solutions to keep things moving forward, and keeping us constantly updated so that we always knew where we stood. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and he remained calm, positive and professional throughout what became a very long process. We genuinely do not know what we would have done without his help. We would not hesitate to recommend Ian and the whole Michael Anthony Hemel Hempstead team to anyone looking to sell their home.

I was very please with how everything went with my quest for finding a place. Emma and Raphael were very helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth ride when it comes to navigating the housing market. Thanks guys

Michael was fantastic to work with from start to finish and seamlessly managed the entire process end to end to ensure everything kept moving. To be honest, the whole team were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them - thanks again!

I recently worked with Michael Anthony Estate agents on the purchase of my property, and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional communication and service. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring a smooth transaction. Their proactive approach and ability to facilitate communication between the vendor and myself helped speed up the process, and I'm grateful for their efforts. They were always available to answer questions and provide updates, making the entire experience stress-free. Thank you, Steve, Laura, Charlotte and Tom for your hard work and dedication. I highly recommend your services to anyone buying or selling a property.

I cannot recommend them enough. They are amazing and a special shout out to Ian for going above and beyond to help me throughout every step of my journey. I had a terrible experience with Your Move & Brown & Merry and can tell you to 100% go with Michael Anthony because of their professionalism and 5 start service. Thank you again!

I can't recommend Lara highly enough! Best estate agent in town! Offer accepted within an hour and completion 2 months later! Very professional, kind and helpful! Amazing service!!

I received excellent service from Ian and Tom from start to finish. As a property trader, I deal with estate agents on a daily basis, and I can confidently say this firm stands out from the rest. They were honest, transparent, and extremely proactive throughout the entire process — even when the sale presented a few challenges. Their communication was consistent and professional, and I always felt kept in the loop. It’s refreshing to work with a team who genuinely care about getting the best result for their clients. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking to sell in the area. Thanks again to Ian and Tom for all your hard work.

I am so pleased I chose Michael Anthony to sell my mother's house. From our first meeting, when the valuation was carried out, the agent was sympathetic to my mother's feelings about selling her home. I was impressed by the proactivity of all the staff in arranging viewings, keeping me advised about the viewings and following up with the interested parties. It was a quick sale, thanks to the work put in by the staff. Having used a different estate agent in Hemel Hempstead previously for an earlier house sale, by comparison, I can honestly recommend Michael Anthony for their hard work, commitment and enthusiasm.

Thanks to Curchods for all their help with finding and securing a rental property for us. I would like to specifically call out Joseph McNulty for his proactive support …

Great service and always available to answer any questions. Very friendly and proactive team. I highly recommend them.
