I am happy to recommend Michael Anthony to anyone looking to sell quickly. Every stage was carried out in a timely manner. From the valuation on Monday, photographs on Thursday, Rightmove listing on Friday and open day the following weekend. We received an offer from the open day but unfortunately that fell through. Back on the market straight away, several viewings and another offer very quickly. We couldn’t ask for any more. Steve, Ian, Lara and Charlotte have been very helpful and responsive but a special shout out to Tom who did the viewings with more enthusiasm than I could ever muster! They are all a pleasure to deal with.

We had a very trying sale/purchase that was far from smooth from the outset. Steve gave a very honest and reflective valuation that shows his clear knowledge of the housing market, Steve was also on hand at any time to answer multiple daily chasing calls and emails. Throughout the process, Lauren was also on hand to help assure us of the process, she was very honest and down to earth and made us feel like we weren’t just another output from sausage machine.
