I asked 3 agents to value my property. One male agent inflated the price to make me think they could get more but when I checked his agents sales on rightmove they had a lot of price reductions so they were over pricing to get business. He also kept touching my arm when I was showing him round so I definitely was not using him. Another agent was excellent but her male colleague rang me after the valuation to check she had done a good job which I felt was demeaning for her and I didn't want to work with them. Stephen Swindlehurst from Michael Anthony was honest on the pricing, experienced and knowledgeable about the market and they were also very reasonably priced. All communication was excellent, I got feedback after every viewing and we quickly got the property sold. The entire team were great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.
