As first time buyers we had no real understanding of the process or what we were doing and instead of being a stressful ordeal like everyone told me it was going to be, it really wasn't. This was mostly down to the estate agents being great, Niall especially due to being our point of contact. Any silly question we had or lack of understanding was met with a genuine and sincere answer that helped fill our knowledge gaps and we never felt like we were belittled unlike other estate agents we had bid with unsuccessfully.
