Niall & Andy provide a great all round service. They know their market, are always responsive & helpful and made our purchasing experience run very smoothly despite the lockdown complications.

I bought a flat in Hemel hempstead recently with the help of Michael Anthonys. They guided me in every step. Chris Payne and Steve Swindlehurst are lovely and helpful guys. Would surely recommend everyone to buy their houses with them. It will be helpful especially for first time buyers.

Purchased our house through Michael Anthony. The property was on with a number of agents but I’m really pleased we chose Michael Anthony to view it and purchase it through. Niall took us around the property to and answered any queries we had prior to putting in our offer which after a small negotiation was accepted. There was only a small chain however through no fault of Michael Anthony the process dragged on a little longer than we’d hoped for. However we felt that Steve and Niall did everything they could to progress the sale with them chasing solicitors and keeping us in the loop as they promised they would the whole time, . We didn’t sell our property with them so cannot comment in that respect but from what we did experience of Michael Anthony they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept to their promises. Would have no issues in buying a property from them again. Thanks Niall & Steve!

Recently sold our house in Watermead. Very professional and efficient. I would recommend and definitely use again. Thank you very much.

Michael Anthony have been supportive with our house sale right from the beginning, we hd full trust in them that they would sell our home and they did for the full asking price. They never failed to keep us updated with what was going on. We would definitely use them in the future if we needed to.
