A deplorable service! They begged me to sell my house with them, but during the whole selling contract, no-one ever called me for any updates. They just disappeared not even bothering to send updates. I had to call the office myself to see what is going on. They were difficult to reach and were very indifferent every time over the phone. I was unhappy with the service (there was in fact no service from them at all) and wanted to leave during cooling off period, but their branch's senior manager Andy threatened to charge £250 for cancellation which is ridiculous within the cooling off period. Home owners, please keep away from this company who really doesn't care about customers. They give the impression that they just want to have as many properties on their website but don't care whether they can sell. I'm so disappointed that I'd rate it minus one stars if possible!!

Engaged to purchase my first house. I set a maximum purchase of 156,000. This was pushing my budget to the limit. The agent was fully aware of this. He put in a bid for 157,000 for the house, which was accepted. This was without any consultation with me. When challenged over this would only state that he knew I wanted the house. I complained to the manager of the office, who quashed the complaint, stating that he had knew the agent for a while and he wouldn't have done this. Made an offer to me of an open check on services. I asked what this would actually cover and he told me nothing.
