Chris Payne in particular at Michael Anthony is extremely helpful, always checking in on how our house search was going, consistent with keeping me updated with properties that were new to the market or that he felt suited and was so enthusiastic in finding us our new home, we are from another area so didn’t even use them for our sale, and he still gave 100% to us as his customers. Purchased our house through Michael Anthony. The property was on with a number of agents but I’m really pleased we chose Michael Anthony to view it and purchase it through. Niall took us around the property to and answered any queries we had prior to putting in our offer which after a small negotiation was accepted. There was only a small chain however through no fault of Michael Anthony the process dragged on a little longer than we’d hoped for. However we felt that Steve and Niall did everything they could to progress the sale with them chasing solicitors and keeping us in the loop as they promised they would the whole time, . We didn’t sell our property with them so cannot comment in that respect but from what we did experience of Michael Anthony they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept to their promises.
