I’ve recently had my house on the market with Castles and as agents go I have been most impressed with their level of professionalism and service… I have at some point talked to most of the agents there… Lewis, Jasmin, Matt, Dan, Simon… and I have to say they are all warm lovely understanding and go out of their way to make sure everything I’ve talked about has been dealt with or actioned… nothing is too much trouble for them and I’ve NEVER come across anyone stroppy or annoying as I have with other agents in years gone past…. Though due to current housing climate in November 2022 my house has not sold yet and I’ve put it off till the news year now that is certainly not a reflection on the agents but merely a market trend. In my 8months of searching for a house, across 2 very different areas, and dealing with numerous different estate agents, Castles (more specifically Lewis!) have been an absolute dream. Lewis was in contact weekly to check on the status of my search and always letting me know about properties about to come on the market so I could ensure I got a viewing if I was interested. Castles/Lewis was the only estate agent I received this level of service from. It always felt like Lewis genuinely wanted to find me my dream property. He took on the feedback from each property we saw and made sure the next property was closer to being everything we were asking for. As an example we didnt want a house that was close to a main road and could hear the cars, so Lewis would check this out before suggesting the house to us. I would have loved to have purchased a property from Lewis just because he would have earnt every penny of any commission he received (we ended up buying in a different area). 5 star service.
