Alex, Ian and Naomi have been absolutely brilliant in the sale of my Dad's house. It was my first sale and Ian in partcular was very honest and helpful in explaining the process and remained calm and patient throughout what was an incredibly long time from offer to exchange. Alex gave me really good advice when selecting which offer to go with and Naomi was really diligent in keeping me up to date. Unlike some of the other agents I spoke with Castles focuses on the customer's best interests as opposed to short term commission and volumes and that really comes across with the advice they gave me.
