In my 8months of searching for a house, across 2 very different areas, and dealing with numerous different estate agents, Castles (more specifically Lewis!) have been an absolute dream. Lewis was in contact weekly to check on the status of my search and always letting me know about properties about to come on the market so I could ensure I got a viewing if I was interested. Castles/Lewis was the only estate agent I received this level of service from. It always felt like Lewis genuinely wanted to find me my dream property. He took on the feedback from each property we saw and made sure the next property was closer to being everything we were asking for. As an example we didnt want a house that was close to a main road and could hear the cars, so Lewis would check this out before suggesting the house to us. I would have loved to have purchased a property from Lewis just because he would have earnt every penny of any commission he received (we ended up buying in a different area). 5 star service.
