We dealt directly with Matt Hooton, who was communicative, professional and knowledgable throughout. He never gave us the estate agent hard sell, which we greatly appreciated, and was always honest about our options. We never felt hounded (which can be a major issue with estate agents), but felt supported all the way through the process. Recommended.
