He also was good at suggesting other properties that might meet our requirements. Matt was excellent at pointing out all the strengths of a property so represented the seller well. However he was also honest in answering questions so that we could make an informed decision.

Lewis showed my partner and I around a couple of houses and I was very impressed with his skills as an estate agent. Lewis was very professional, had great knowledge of the property and was very helpful, while other agents I had to deal with left us viewing the house on our own, all other agents did was opened the door while Lewis walked us around the whole house and gave us helpful information and answered questions. When making a big purchase, being given information is helpful so thank you Lewis for showing us around the houses. Keep up with the good work!

I knew my sale was in safe hands as soon as I met Dan! He was calm, relaxed and not pushy at all. The whole process always takes longer than you expect but Castles were amazingly supportive all the way through, and in the end everything came good thanks to them. Highly recommended!

Castles Estate Agents have been very professional and a great company to deal with in helping me to sell my home, Everyone I spoke to or dealt with over the sale of my house were very professional and efficient, especially Matt Hooton, who I dealt with right from the beginning, he came to value my property, and was very knowledgeable and well prepared, and he was always available to talk to, If I left a message, he would return my call or we would message by What's App. He explained the process, making it all feel under control. The other really great team member that I dealt with was Sam Serby - the liaison between vendor and purchaser. What a Star she is. Sam made sure the sale went through, dealing with the solicitors and the buyers and sellers. Not sure how easy I made her life, but she did a really good job. Not having been in the Housing Market for 27 years, I was not sure what to expect but Sam & Matt made it as stress free as they could. Would definitely recommend Castles.

I've had the great pleasure of dealing with Matt at Castles recently. Thoroughly nice guy and very knowledgeable to boot. Nothing was too much trouble and he did his utmost to try and find myself and my family a forever home. Sadly, on this occasion it was not possible, but we've vowed to keep in touch and I very much look forward to hearing from him in the future.
