Breckon and Breckon Headington

Helpful, prompt, clear and friendly.

I had excellent service from Breckon & Breckon, in particular Matthew Heavens and colleagues Ross, Laura, and Amy, and Jan the photographer. They were prompt with everything - returning calls, reporting interest in the property, producing draft brochure, and covering for each other's absence/leave etc. They were very clear about things like terms of service, timescales, asking price etc. The brochure they produced was excellent. and they were happy to include my amendments. They were also up-front in a friendly and clear way about things I needed to do to improve the property and increase its chances of selling - perhaps tricky messages for them to deliver but they did it very well. Overall I would definitely recommend them.

Great service from start to finish and achieved the valuation that we agreed on at the first meeting.

Ross Mabbutt was good, professional and honest. Impressed with them and B&B.

Friendly, conscientious and efficient

The person I dealt with most was Ross Mabbutt at this branch and I was impressed with how well he kept me informed at each stage of the selling process, which was particularly valuable for me as I was travelling a lot during the lead up to the successful sale of my house in Headington. I would have no hesitation recommending him and his agency.

Very clear and professional

These guys were what you would hope from an estate agent, rather than the common experience. I dealt with James throughout, he was very helpful and quick to get the information and services requested. I would recommend this branch.

Purchased property through Breckon and Breckon

Amy did help me a lot to find the perfect house. A lot, honestly. She is the kind of person you can trust from the very first moment and you'd always wish to work with. Professional Top. Highly recommended of course!

A fantastic lettings agency that has always helped myself and my tenants live comfortably and with the peace of mind that their home (and my property) is always safe and secure.
