Breckon & Breckon were the agents for the vendor whom my wife and I bought our first property from. Whilst many aspects of the sale and transaction thereafter were superb - really thorough and professional - at times Breckon & Breckon seemed to forget what it is like to be first-time buyers. Sometimes a little more empathy and understanding would have helped, especially when the lines of, 'Well, as you know,' were uttered when it was very clear that we did not know, because we were first-time buyers. However, having said this, at other times things were very smooth and worked very well. Also, the complications of new-build developers were not really eased as they could have been but things worked out in the end. Very good, but certainly not perfect in the eyes of two first-time buyers who bought at the height of market's meteoric rise for 2020-22.
