Special thanks to Emily who kept us informed and updated throughout, and was always so patient and understanding which helped to smooth the path through a very tricky situation and a tight deadline. I have just exchanged contracts with the seller, and am looking forward to completion of my house purchase next week. From day one, my experience dealing with JNP Estate agents in Hazlemere had been very positive. JNP have been sensational in managing selling our house and have beaten expectations in a tough market. Mark in particular did a great deal of research in finding the right price and placement to create a lot of interest and therefore offers. He advised us at all stages and communicated daily. The net result was over 8 offers, 5 of which over asking price and a sale agreed within 9 days of it going on the market. I'm not sure you can ask for any more than that?! They have also liaised with all parties to ensure a swift sale process, exchange and then completion. This is the second time JNP have played a massive part in us moving and I would recommend them to anyone.

JNP has just completed on the sale of my Mum's house. the service I received during this sale (the sale was complicated, as it was under a Power of Attorney, the proceeds to pay for my Mum's care) was absolutely excellent: the team of Julian Almrott, Emily Maslen and Douglas Child took the time to help me with various legal aspects, deal with my many queries (and all incredibly patiently!), chase the buyer's solicitor, visited the vacant house frequently to check all was ok, interfaced seamlessly with my conveyancer, and achieved a price beyond what I was expecting. I also used JNP's conveyancing service, the conveyancer being Paul Davison, and this worked really well too. No hesitation in recommending JNP's services.

We sold our flat a while back through JNP. Since then we have been hunt for a house. Mark has been doing his upmost to find something that would meet our criteria, regularly checking in with us and suggesting properties that could work. High recommended Mark and JNP if looking to buy or sell.

I Would like to give a well deserved shout out to Charlotte Poutney from Manning Stainton in Headingley, who managed the sale of my late fathers retirement flat. Both Charlotte and her team displayed a professional and courteous approach throughout the lengthy process and, Charlotte in particular became my main source of updates and information relating to the sale (over and above what was required). My solicitor sadly was uncommunicative and could learn a lot about customer management and satisfaction from Charlotte! I would not hesitate to recommnend Manning Stainton in Headingley to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area - If you are fortunate enough to be assigned Charlotte then even better (although I do not doubt that the same professional work ethic is maintained throughout the whole company).
