We were a part of a complicated chain. We viewed a home in Witney, Oxon in February and fell in love with the property. To move forward, we needed to put our two houses on the market. John had them online and live with professional photographer within the space of a week. We very quickly had viewings (10~) within a week and moved to offer stage within a month. John supported us thinking through the offers we received and the offer we made. I found him to be a great source of guidance throughout the entire process and cannot recommend him enough.
