I moved for the first time last Monday. I dealt with Joe Phillips at the Hazlemere Branch of JNP. Joe made my experience as easy as he could and nothing was ever too much trouble. Joe would make sure I understood and was happy with every step of the way during my move. Joe is a quiet, well mannered, smart and knowledgeable young man. I rarely dealt with the rest of this team, but when I did they were also very good. Thank you Joe for making my dream come true and making it possible for me to move to my perfect new home. I would not hesitate it recommending JNP at Hazlemere to anyone.

A brilliant service from the initial property valuation to sale completion. The staff, especially Jenny, were very helpful and friendly. All my enquiries were dealt with promptly, and in a professional manner. I was kept informed at all times and any issues resolved quickly. Sarah was excellent when dealing with the sale of my Grandparents house, whenever she said she’d call she always did, and kept us in the loop the whole time with the process, which was greatly appreciated. John started the process with the valuation and was our first point of contact but dealing with both Sarah and John was great from day 1, so thank you!

My wife and I have viewed lots of houses over the past few weeks with a few different estate agents. We have both been extremely impressed with all of our interactions with JNP. Phillip and Douglas were so friendly and knowledgeable on both of our viewings, and when communicating with the office, Emily and Mark have both been fantastically positive and helpful with all of our queries. When Emily wasn't able to get in contact with the owners, she even called us back at the end of the day to make sure we knew that they hadn't forgotten about us! In every aspect, JNP have been the best estate agent that we've dealt with. If we were to put our house on the market again, we would definitely go with them.
