I used Manning Stainton in Headingley to purchase a house last year and was very happy with their service. Charlotte Poutney was my agent and she was very helpful and easily contactable throughout the process. My purchase had various complications and delays beyond our control but this was significantly helped by Charlotte being persistent with the problems and regaularly updating me. The goody bag when picking up the keys was a lovely little surprise too. Would use Manning Stainton again if/when I move somewhere else!

Special shout out to Doug in particular, who helped us through the purchase process. He was friendly, always kept us updated and was really helpful. We have dealt with various estate agents recently and non of them compare to how good JNP were. We would recommend without a doubt.

JNP were the selling agent on my recent house purchase. Throughout the purchase they were responsive and efficient in arranging additional viewings and providing updates. Julian was superb at dealing with a couple of hiccups in the process and we managed to complete as planned in December. All in all a smooth process and I would recommend JNP to anyone.

Hannah Lund and Charlotte Poutney are fantastic, as are the rest of their team at Manning Stainton. Hannah recently handled the sale of my house, and Charlotte took over while the sale was agreed. Hannah was always friendly and efficient, responds quickly to queries, has excellent skills with encouraging buyers, and was always lovely to speak with. I always felt I was in safe hands with Hannah managing my case and that made it much less stressful for me. I felt Hannah's priority was doing what was best for me, from the start right until the chain closed. I have already recommended Hannah to friends who may decide to move. Once the sale was agreed, Charlotte Poutney took over as my Move Manager. Charlotte was brilliant too. She handled difficult negotiations with ease and she was instrumental to holding the chain together. Like Hannah, she helped quickly and professionally with all the queries I had, helped to keep me calm, and handled the challenges that came her way with ease, right up until we had moved into our lovely new home.

From start to finish, we cannot express how impressed we’ve been with Breckon & Breckon. At the initial meeting, John arrived with a professional brochure outlining all the key information about our property and clearly explained how he arrived at the valuation. Another huge positive was the app they used to manage appointments, called Street. It was excellent, as we weren’t inundated with calls, and instead received notifications through the app that we could accept in our own time. Finally, the regular check-ins and the availability of Sarah at the office was outstanding. She kept us as updated as possible throughout the months between accepting the offer on our house and exchanging. Highly recommend!

It took a long while to sell my mum's place due to it needing a very specific type of buyer. Breckon & Breckon were excellent throughout, keeping in regular contact during the protracted sale (down to our buyers having the misfortune of being recommended to use Muve - quite possibly the most useless and incompetent solicitors ever!).
